| Note: • Registration fee (Not Refundable) is one time only and to be paid at the time of Admission into Hostel. • For payment of hostel fee through online, visit our website: www.klh.edu.in • For mess charges, GST, establishment charges to be paid thorugh DD or online in favour of “Harniks India LLP” payable at Hyderabad. • Room rent, electricity, Registration & caution deposit to be paid thorugh DD /online in favour of “KL UNIVERSITY” payable at Hyderabad. • Hostel applications are available at Help Desk or download from www.klh.edu.in. • For all type of rooms, electricity charges to be paid extra through prepaid meters and will be adjusted from Electricity deposit. • Rooms are alloted on First Come First Serve basis and subject to availability. | |||||||
Transport Fee
BUS FEE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24
Students boarding from any point in and around GHMC region have to pay the Transport fee of Rs. 40,000 through online or Demand Draft in favour of “KL UNIVERSITY” payable at Hyderabad. (Cash / Cheques are not acceptable)
CANCELLATION AND FEE REFUND POLICY
The cancellation and fees refund policy is strictly in accordance with the government directions. The processing fees/admission fees paid by the student is not refundable under any circumstances If the seat is cancelled 15 days before notified last date of admission only Rs 15,000/- will be deducted. Thereafter till the notified last date of admission Rs 25,000/-will be deducted towards cancellation charges. Once last date of admission is announced the fees shall be refunded to eligible students as per the given below table only when he applies for refund in writing and in such cases the date of receipt of written application is considered for calculation of refund. The last date of admission is considered as the date of commencement of induction program/class work (online), irrespective of student attend the classes or not .The tentative date of commencement of class work for Academic year 23-24 is July 1st ,2023. Irrespective of fess amount paid by the candidate i.e after availing concession/scholarship, for refund calculation 100% i.e full tuition fees will be considered in assessing the Aggregate fees
