When it comes to selling a product or service, practical experience can be a lot better than theoretical understanding. To give a firsthand experience of marketing concepts to its students, KLH Global Business School (KLH GBS), proudly unveiled its maiden Fiesta –D Affaires, a marketing fest, in the month of November 2022. The management students across verticals from undergraduate and postgraduate streams like MBA, BBA, and B.Sc. courses organized this bewitching fest. KLH Global Business School is known for its pedagogical excellence, performance-based training sessions, workshops, and fests, which provide excellent launch pads for young talent.
The marketing fest aimed to inculcate insights into marketing among the students, where they will practically learn about strategy formulating, marketing touch points, real-world insights, advertising, positioning, up-sells, down-sells, and cross-sells, which would help them drive measurable business results. Students got an opportunity to peek into the glossy world of marketing and learned to tailor their marketing strategies as per the demand and based on the given situation.
Students had set up 25 stalls, where they showcased their artistic talents like nail art stall, Mehandi stall, temporary tattoo, artificial jewelry stall, karaoke stall, and selfie photo booth, and conducted a few indoor games. There were also a few yummy food stalls to serve the delightful appetite of the students. The event helped students to learn how to earn higher than their investment. They also learned their first practical lesson in marketing and an unforgettable learning experience and are looking forward to more such events in the future. The event was inaugurated by Dr. A.
